MASK

For One Single Impression - Mask

NO MASK REQUIRED

Within the mask – deception
Without the mask – yet more lies
It can often be that way
As we live - and learn to hide

Sometimes I honestly think
The wisest person I know
Is my two year old daughter...
No Mask necessary here
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
The light that pours out of her
Is a golden glow – so pure…
Free of adulterated
Artificial influence…
Telling nothing but the truth
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
Although she can’t speak English
And my Thai – inadequate
Communication happens
And understanding ensues

A level of perception
That we grow in and out of
Some might call it ESP

Others; Perfect Sense Effect

  4. Thanks Aayushi; Small kids just have a way of making sense and making themselves understood.

  5. Kids are so innocent. Until they learn to hide things they have nothing to hide. Most times learning deception is very painful (mine was). After the later lessons comes deception and the mask.
I like this Stan. And, you have cute kids. Your mask is special too.

  13. Thanks to:
Leo; She's at that stage, where everything she does and says makes her seem much older than she realy is.
Sandy; She knows, and she's learning at an incredible rate.

  19. Your daughter is beautiful. We can learn (to unlearn) so much from our children.
Made me think of Picasso learning to paint classically only to see things again as a child.
