We loved with a love that was more than love

For Carry On Tuesday

MUST IT BE LOVE?

WE LOVED our love to death; love stood no chance
WITH A LOVE like that, who needs romance?
THAT WAS MORE THAN any love could take
LOVE is not a game, for heaven’s sake

  1. Wonderful the way you merged the prompt creating a stand alone prompt with a piece of poetry!

  9. I would go as far to say that obsessive love is not love at all.

I love the way that you structured this poem. Very creative!
