Television and newspapers alike, announced THE BEST news so far.
The EXTREME cold had hit us all hard, but THE WORST OF IT WAS over.
Each of us had cause to celebrate, and let the good TIMES roll again.

  2. There is good and bad in the cold and snow. When the blizzard came on Christmas Eve, half of us cheered at the white, cheery, stay-at-home and celebrate day. The other half...well they really wanted to get somewhere or other and the roads were terrible. Same event; different views
